New customers placing their first Cash on Delivery order at our website need to to complete their Aadhaar KYC before we can ship their order. This is a one-time requirement for new customers. Once you have completed your KYC at our website, all your future orders will be shipped without KYC.

We understand that some customers may not be comfortable with providing KYC due to certain reasons. However, we would like to inform you that we use DigiLocker, a secure platform developed by the Government of India for KYC. We never receive your full Aadhaar number. On successful KYC, we only receive your basic KYC details & masked Aadhaar number (only last 4 digits of Aadhaar).

If you are still not sure, we understand your concern and respect your decision. You can choose any other payment method like UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallets etc. and also get an additional 5% discount on your prepaid order.
