Please Note : The preferred mode of communication for cancellations & returns is through email only. All requests must be sent to our below mentioned email address, and you must mention your order number in the subject line of email. You can find the order number in the order confirmation email sent to the email address provided by you while placing the order.
Our Email Address
Cancellation by Customer :- Before your order has been shipped, you can cancel it anytime by sending us an email mentioning your order number. Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been shipped.
Cancellation by Us :- Customers are required to provide a valid email address & contact number while placing order at our website. All Cash-on-Delivery orders are manually confirmed by us over phone before dispatch. If we are unable to reach you by phone, we will cancel your order & intimate you by email.
Easy Replacement Policy
We strive to ensure that the product description given at our website matches the product, and the product meets its quality as per price. We also check each product for any manufacturing defects before sending it to the customer. If you receive a product in defective condition, we have a Easy Replacement Policy in place. You can request for Replacement of wrong or defective product by sending us an detailed email mentioning your order number, with a clear photograph of the defect within 48 hours of receiving the product. After receiving your request, we will assess it and reply to you within 1-2 working days by email.
Returns will NOT be accepted under these scenarios:-
Please Note : You are requested to read the product description carefully before placing the order; and feel free to contact us by phone or email if you have any questions about the product. Returns will not be accepted if the product is as per description provided at our website, or on the basis of personal choice.
Please do not return any product to us without receiving confirmation from us. If the return is accepted by us, we will inform you by email, and provide you the address to return the product, and you will be required to send it to the return address. Kindly ensure following while returning the product to us :-
After receiving the returned product, we will check it thoroughly and get back to you by email.
Replacement : If stocks are available with us, we will send you a replacement piece of same product by default. No additional Shipping or Handling fees will be charged.
Exchange: In case the replacement piece of returned product is not available in stock or you want to exchange the product, we will issue you a store credit voucher for value of the product returned by you. The value of new order must be equal to or higher than the value of credit voucher. If the value of order is higher than the value of credit voucher, balance must be paid online. No promotions or additional discounts will be applicable on orders paid using credit voucher.
Refund : Refund will be provided only when replacement piece is not available with us. We will deduct the shipping cost & payment collection fee from the amount paid by you. If you had made the payment through payment gateway, the funds will be refunded back to the original source of payment through which payment was made. If you had made the payment by Cash on Delivery, we will refund the balance by NEFT to your bank account only. This process can take 7-10 days.
